Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our memorial care services.

Questions We Hear Most Often

If you don't see your question below, we'd be happy to help.

Do you use pressure washers?

No. Pressure washing can permanently damage many memorials. We use gentle, cemetery-approved cleaning methods that safely remove dirt, algae, mold, mildew and biological growth.

Can all headstones be cleaned?

Most granite, marble, limestone, sandstone and bronze memorials can be safely cleaned. We inspect every memorial before beginning work.

How long does a cleaning take?

Most cleanings take between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the size, age and condition of the memorial.

Will cleaning damage the engraving?

No. Our methods are specifically designed to preserve engraved lettering while safely removing biological growth and staining.

Do you clean bronze markers?

Yes. We safely clean and restore bronze memorials using products appropriate for bronze surfaces.

Do I need to be present?

No. Many of our customers live out of state. We simply confirm the memorial location before your appointment.

Will I receive pictures?

Absolutely. Every service includes before-and-after photographs so you can see the results.

Do you offer recurring maintenance?

Yes. Our Memorial Care Plans provide scheduled visits throughout the year to keep memorials looking their best.

Can you place flowers or flags?

Yes. We offer tribute services including flowers, American flags, holiday wreaths and seasonal decorations.
